First order I made was smooth. I received the affordable print and a discount code for the next one. I decided to start replacing many of the pieces in my home. Unfortunately the quality of the first order was less than I expected with no protection to the layer of ink, this ink rubbed off on my hands. It was cute though so I kept it and anticipated the arrival of my second piece. It never shipped and dealing with the bot was repetitive and slow. No human was ever available to answer my chat inquiry and the robot asked the same information multiple times even though it sent the entire conversation history to a rep. I’m anticipating problems with the refund. Cute pieces but the logistics are clearly not worked out .
